Terms of service

1. The service

Prism is operated by Infinite Barakah Ventures FZ LLE, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the DigiCube brand. It lets organizations run AI-led interviews with their people and turns those conversations into role profiles, procedures, process maps and analysis. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time.

2. Workspaces and accounts

• New workspaces may require our approval before they are activated.
• Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity in your workspace.
• Interview links act as keys to individual interviews — share them only with the intended person.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your responsibilities when interviewing people

If you invite people to be interviewed, you are responsible for:

• Having a lawful basis to process their personal data, and telling them how their interview will be used.
• Inviting them in line with applicable employment and data-protection law.
• Not using Prism, or its outputs alone, to make decisions about an individual’s employment, pay or performance without appropriate human review.

Our privacy policy describes how we process personal data as your processor.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Prism for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or harmful purposes, or to monitor people covertly.
• Attempt to access other organizations’ data or interfere with the service’s security or availability.
• Reverse engineer the service, resell it without our agreement, or use it to build a competing product.
• Submit content that infringes others’ rights or that you have no right to share.

5. Your content

You and your organization own the content you put into Prism and the documents it produces for you. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display that content to provide the service. We do not use it to train AI models of our own.

6. AI-generated output

Interviews and documents are produced with AI. Output can be incomplete or wrong, and reflects what interviewees said rather than verified fact. Review it before relying on it, especially for decisions that affect people.

7. Fees

Pricing and payment terms, where applicable, are agreed separately in writing or shown when you subscribe. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

8. Our intellectual property

Prism, its software, design and the Prism and DigiCube names and marks belong to us or our licensors. These terms don’t transfer any of those rights to you.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Prism at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaches these terms or puts the service or others at risk. After closure we delete workspace data as described in the privacy policy.

10. Disclaimers

Prism is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
